Danny McLarty, CSCS, PPS
Danny received his B.S. in K-12 physical education from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Danny played NCAA basketball at the University and was recently inducted to the Illinois Basketball Hall of Fame in April of 2007. Danny's credentials include being a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA and a Planned Periodization Specialist through Tudor Bompa, an internationally renowned strength coach. One of Danny's specialties includes over a decade of one-on-one and group basketball coaching. The lessons are intended for boys and girls to help develop their ball-handling skills and to improve their ability to get open, with and without the ball.
As an accomplished athlete and now a trainer, Danny feels that "there is no 'magic trick' to improving your body; train, eat, sleep, and repeat. Those that are consistent, disciplined, and give everything they have, can bring their health, physique, and performance to a new level."
Michelle Adams, CPT
Michelle is a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America. She is also certified in group kickboxing and teaches weekly classes at a local gym. Michelle has had a lifelong passion for physical fitness and nutrition, and recently competed in her first figure contest. Previous athletic accomplishments include racing in 3 marathons and countless 10K and 12K’s. Michelle also has a background in nutrition and holds a certificate in food science. She has worked as a nutrition coach throughout the Bay Area.
Michelle helps clients stay motivated through her personal mantra "eat healthy, stay focused, be fit!"

Dr Clay Hyght, DC, CSCS, CISSN
Dr Clay received his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Auburn University and his Doctorate in Chiropractic from Texas Chiropractic College. He has postgraduate training and certification in Manual Myofascial Release Therapy. Dr Clay is also a Certified Sports Nutritionist through the International Society of Sports Nutrition and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Some of his other experience includes: having taught personal trainers around the country for a major certification organization; teaching courses including anatomy and kinesiology at the college level; and having had numerous articles published in Muscle and Fitness, Muscle Media, T-Nation.com, and numerous other magazines and web sites.
Not one to sit on the sidelines, Dr Clay practices what he preaches and has been competing in bodybuilding contests for over 15 years. He trained at a local gym for 2 years and left for a private training facility where he could control the quality of service he rendered. Marci Nevin, CPT
Marci received her degree in Journalism from the University of Oregon. She earned her personal training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and worked as a personal trainer during college. After graduation, Marci took a job in sales, yet within a year she realized that a career in health and fitness was her true calling.
Fitness and nutrition is Marci's passion, and when not training herself or clients, she is always trying to further her knowledge on the subject. She enjoys sharing that knowledge and enthusiasm with others to help motivate them towards reaching their health and physiqe goals.
